Failure to seek prior approval for exterior modifications or improvements could result in substantial additional costs to homeowners for alterations to their projects. Before beginning any improvement projects on your lot:

  • Architectural Guidelines: Review the architectural guidelines to see if approval is needed for your improvement or modification by clicking here.

  • Submit Your Request: Requests for approval can now be submitted easily through the online portal.

  • Review by ACC or Board of Directors: The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) or Board of Directors will review and respond to your request.

  • Check Permits: Be sure to obtain a permit from the city if required.
