  • Submit Your Request: Requests for approval can now be submitted easily through the online portal.

  • Review by ACCor Board of Directors: The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) or Board of Directors will review and respond to your request.

  • Check Permits: Be sure to obtain a permit from the city if required.
